Become an RMRC Conference Sponsor!

The Rocky Mountain Relocation Council is a non-profit organization. The costs for our semi-annual conferences are covered through conference registration fees and through the generous donations of service providers as meeting sponsors.

We welcome your support with the following Sponsorship Levels. Your help is greatly appreciated, and this gives you a great opportunity to get good exposure at our events and on our web site.

Platinum Sponsor: $1000.00

This level of sponsorship includes the following:

  • Formal recognition on our web site meeting page
  • Formal recognition in the registration brochures and attendee packets
  • Public recognition during the meeting
  • Promotional items may be placed on the Sponsor Table
  • Three (3) minutes to address the meeting attendees
  • Placement of your company's giveaway items at each attendee position
  • Meeting material placed in your company's folders
  • Your company can place their banner in the meeting room
  • Two free meeting registration fees

Gold Sponsor: $750.00

This level of sponsorship includes the following:
