12:00 pm - 12:45 pm: Lunch and mingle and head to shuttle buses

1:30 pm arrive at Echo Mountain warming hut and food provided for tubers and non-tubers.

1:30 pm - 4:00 pm: Geared up and ready to tube!

Snow tubing

Shuttles or self drive to Echo Mountain! We should arrive around 1:00pm and be back by 5:00pm. We will have 

We are so excited to kick off our first meeting of the year together!

Expect a full day of education and some fun snow tubing at Echo Mountain to end the day together! Breakfast will be provided during the meeting. and Transportation and Lunch will be provided for the snow tubing portion of our meeting. 

Separate registration required for snow tubing. You must attend the conference in order to attend the snow tubing portion. The registration cost is the same even if you are not tubing, it covers the warming hut, food and drink.
